Built in Pune for property managers without backup
A focused team from property operations, building the system managers needed but could not find.
How it began
I worked with residential communities across Pune and Bengaluru in property operations and facility management. I saw managers struggling, not from disorganisation, but because each request came through WhatsApp or by phone. Someone had to decide which vendor to call, who was available, and what to tell the resident meanwhile. There was no intake layer, no triage, and no clear view of the full queue. The answer was not another checklist app. It was a system that could read and classify a request, find the right vendor, and update the resident without the manager stepping in. That is Superlivyn.

The team behind Superlivyn
Three people rooted in property operations, distributed systems, and field-service product design.
Deep experience in residential property operations and facility management, with years shaping community-management workflows across Pune and Bengaluru before building a solution to the tooling gap.
Engineering background in distributed systems and automation platforms. Built request-routing and workflow-dispatch engines for high-volume operations teams. Leads Superlivyn's triage, scheduling, and notification infrastructure.
Product design background in operations and field-service software. Makes complex routing workflows clear for non-technical operators. Leads the product from manager dashboard to resident portal.
What we believe about property operations
Invisible infrastructure
Good property operations go unnoticed by residents. When a request is raised, classified, assigned, and resolved without a chase-up call, the system works. That is the standard we build toward.
Residents as customers
Property managers serve residents. Real-time status updates can prevent a resident from becoming an angry caller. We treat the resident experience as a core product problem, not an afterthought.
Operators deserve proper tools
Property managers in India handle hundreds of units through group chats and spreadsheets. Superlivyn exists to close the gap between their tools and the complexity of what they manage.
