Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Growth anytime, with the difference prorated for the period left. Downgrade at the billing cycle end. Plan changes have no penalty.

Your chosen plan is fully available for 14 days. Onboard your property, add vendors, invite residents to the portal, and process real requests through triage. No credit card is needed. After the trial, decide whether to continue on a paid plan.

Yes. Every plan, including Starter, has the resident web portal. Residents can submit requests, follow status, and contact the property team there, with no added cost per resident.

Growth users connect Superlivyn to WhatsApp Business through the WhatsApp Business API. An approved WhatsApp Business account is required, and approval typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Growth onboarding includes setup guidance.

We accept UPI, NEFT, major Indian debit and credit cards. Portfolio also supports bank transfer (RTGS/IMPS) and invoice-based payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST.
